This policy explains how Healthy Vow collects, uses, stores and protects information when you use our customer application and website.
Information we collect
- Account details such as name, email address, mobile number and profile image.
- Delivery details such as saved addresses, delivery instructions and location coordinates you choose to provide.
- Order, cart, subscription, coupon and customer-support history.
- Payment status and transaction references. Payment-card credentials are processed by the selected payment provider and are not stored by Healthy Vow.
- Device and notification identifiers, app version, language and basic diagnostic information used to keep the service reliable.
How we use information
We use this information to create and secure your account, process and deliver orders, provide order updates, remember preferences, answer support requests, prevent fraud, improve performance and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Location and permissions
Location is used only when you choose it to select a delivery address, confirm service availability or support delivery. Camera and photo access are used only when you select or capture a profile image. Notification permission is used for order and service updates. You can change these permissions in your device settings.
Sharing
We share only the information needed with Healthy Vow staff, assigned delivery personnel, payment providers, messaging providers and hosting or analytics vendors that help operate the service. We do not sell personal information.
Storage, security and retention
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. Information is retained only while needed to provide the service or meet tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution and legal requirements. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can review and update profile information in the app. You may permanently delete your account from Profile > Delete Account, or follow the instructions on our account deletion page. Some completed transaction records may be retained where legally required.
Children
Healthy Vow is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Policy updates
We may update this policy when our service or legal obligations change. The effective date above identifies the latest version.
