Delete your Healthy Vow account

You can permanently delete your customer account directly from the Healthy Vow mobile app.

Delete from the app

Open Healthy Vow and sign in.
Open Profile.
Select Delete Account.
Review the warning and select Delete permanently.

Account deletion removes your profile, sign-in credentials, saved addresses, device tokens and profile image. Completed transaction records may be retained only when required for tax, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or other legal obligations. An account with an active order must wait until that order is completed or cancelled.

Need assistance?

If you cannot access the app, request deletion from the email address or phone number associated with your account.
